G. H. Sullivan, PhD
Founding Partner
Nutraceutical Technologies International, LLC
Dr. Sullivan’s thirty-five-year academic career focused on research and development of specialty food crops with functional health characteristics. He was awarded several leaves of absence to assume national and international policy positions, including appointments with the US Department of State for Global Food Security and as the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) Site Chairman for Central America. Dr. Sullivan co-pioneered the development of aseptic food processing technology that superseded pasteurization. This research and resulting technology received many awards including the World Food Prize.
Upon retirement, Dr. Sullivan initiated the development of two paradigm-changing nutraceutical phytonutrient extraction technologies that currently serve as the core business for Nutraceutical Technologies International, LLC. These patented and proprietary technologies focus on the health and wellness of lactating mothers and their breastfed infants for which Dr. Sullivan and Dr. Miller received the coveted Patent for Humanity Award from the US Department of Commerce.
Dr. Sulivan maintains a mission-driven commitment to Sustainable Nutrition International, the non-profit organization he co-founded to address chronic malnutrition in infants and children. (Ref. www.sustainable-nutrition-intl.org)
Jennifer Phillips
Partner, President
Nutraceutical Technologies International, LLC
Ms. Phillips’ 30-year career includes experience in independent business ownership, higher education administration, non-profit management, business development, and consulting. She has been with Nutraceutical Technologies International since its inception and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of NutraLac™, which encompasses overseeing and directing the activities of marketing, technology, accounting, and fulfillment. With over 15 years of experience working in or with the technology sector, she provides vision and oversight for NTI’s information technology needs and NutraLac’s ecommerce platform.
Ms. Phillips is a servant leader and is experienced in spearheading entrepreneurial initiatives and organizations. She excels in organizational development, business development, business research, program and project management, problem-solving, networking, and events. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Human Resources from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and later achieved her master’s degree in business, graduating summa cum laude while working full-time.
Larry Miller, PhD
Co-Founding Partner, Vice President

During his 38-year professional career with the U. S. Department of Agriculture, Dr. Miller was responsible for policy and programmatic leadership for food and agricultural research. His extensive national experience spans numerous research-related federal agencies and includes university scientists and administrators in every state. Major awards and recognition during his career and post-career include the Hall of Fame award, USDA; Employee of the Year, USDA; and Co-Recipient of the Patent for Humanity Award, U.S. Department of Commerce.
Dr. Miller’s leadership positions include Executive Secretary, Joint Council on Food and Agricultural Sciences, Office of the Under Secretary of Agriculture, USDA. As Associate Administrator, Dr. Miller led national research and education programs spanning the food and agricultural sciences including human nutrition, food safety, plant and animal sciences, and social sciences.
Since retirement from USDA, Dr. Miller has collaborated with Nutraceutical Technologies International on developing proprietary technology and patents that remediate chronic health issues in nutritionally at-risk populations including lactating mothers and their breastfed infants. These technologies contributed to Sustainable Nutrition International, the 501 (c)(3) organization Dr. Miller co-founded to address chronic malnutrition in infants and children.
Guillermo Sanchez, PhD
Partner, International Program Development

Dr. Sánchez is a Plant Scientist who received his advanced degrees from Cornell University in the United States. Dr. Sanchez returned to Guatemala and established an academic research and education career focusing on food security and mother-child nutrition in vulnerable rural populations. Between 1995 and 2005 Dr. Sanchez served as principal investigator and regional Coordinator for USAID´s Integrated Management Collaborative Research Support Program. Dr. Sanchez served as principal investigator for the clinical research documenting the amelioration of acute and chronic infant malnutrition.
The subsequent development of this research is currently patented and utilized by Nutraceutical Technologies International (NTI) in the company’s postpartum infant nutrition programs for lactating mothers and their breastfed infants.
Dr. Sanchez is co-inventor of the U.S. patent for the ‘Mitigation of Chronic Infant Malnutrition’ (U.S. Patent No. 11,547,135 B2). He has authored or co-authored over 30 published journal articles and his technical paper titled “Bioavailability and Bioactivity of NutraLac™: Definition and Results from the Lactating Mothers and Breastfed Infants Study” serves as a guide for the health and wellbeing of breastfed infants worldwide.
Ike Lynch
Partner, Director of Food Engineering and Operating Compliance

Ike Lynch is an accomplished food industry executive who spent over 16 years at the H.J. Heinz Company holding various operating roles and culminating as CEO of Hubinger Co., Heinz’s wet-corn milling firm. After Hubinger, he became CEO of a limited partnership that built and operated an ethanol company.
Mr. Lynch then built and operated a grain processing company he sold to a California organization involved with rice bran production and became their CEO. He has been involved with NTI since its inception, providing invaluable expertise and guidance in food engineering, operations, production, and compliance.
Mr. Lynch is a co-inventor of the enzyme hydrolyzation technology that comprises US Patent No. 8,945,642: Nutritionally Enhanced Isolate from Rice Bran and Method of Production.
Arnold Hanish, CPA
Partner, Financial Advisory and Accounting Oversight

Mr. Hanish is retired from Eli Lilly and Company after a 20-year career culminating as Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer and now provides valuable financial guidance and oversight to NTI.
Mr. Hanish is ranked as one of the most influential people in finance by both Business Finance and Treasury & Risk magazines. His efforts within the accounting and financial reporting community have shaped broader policy issues affecting the health and wellness industry. He currently serves on the Dean’s Business Advisory Council for the University of Cincinnati College of Business.
